I'm back. Starting this Weight Watchers thing again. Yeah, it lasted for about two weeks...time to start again. It seems like every time I go home to see my parents, I manage to feel guilty enough that I start the diet when I get back to school.
Even though I slipped, there's still a net loss of 2.5 pounds. So...that's something. Gonna try this again.
162.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

No guilt!!! Absolutely. NO. GUILT. You do what you can. When you splurge a little get back to it the next meal. It's about life style change and it won't happen miraculously or suddenly. You have lost a little. If you only lost that much every couple of months, that would be fifteen pounds a year, and that would make you feel better and be healthier and happier. I love you!
