Even after 5 days of vacation... eating out 3 meals a day, I still managed to lose! But some meals I only had a bowl of cereal for breakfast, or a salad with fat free dressing for dinner. I did splurge the rest of the time which made me feel guilty. All the walking we did in Tennessee sure paid off.
