Starting the diet. Gonna be tracking foods eaten and working towards a 40%-45% carb intake this month. Not so worried about weight until I get my eating habits tweaked.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
