Feeling good! Went on a long bike ride last night with my family - first exercise in a long time. Muscles fatigued pretty early on, but I pushed through it. I'm going to try to add some broth and soy sauce into my diet and see if that helps. I'd really like to keep pushing with the exercising! 10 lbs down, 40 lbs to go!
181.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
