I've had a lot of unusual stressors, I bought a house,interviewed a new team of financial advisors,met with my Accountant to discuss increasing the funding my retirement . Spring cleaning!!!!
but I'm watching my portion sizes and watching the evening snacks. Today I'm directionally correct. I'm impatient, but this is a start. I'm encouraged. Off lift weights w/Ms. Monaghan.
191.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 51.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
