The YO-YO!!!! I hate it. I swore that I would never return to this weight again! Ugg! It's Monday morning, returning from a fabulous vacation in South America, and I'm committed to a new lifestyle that will allow a few pounds to shed off. The last 10 lbs packed on really fast, I'm hoping they run away just as quickly.
