This week I only did the vinegar before breakfast and lunch skipping dinner. Also this week, I had two days of corn Fajitas, two each time with skirt steak, little cheese and little salsa. I had steak one night and also pork. So not much chicken at all this week. Which I eat chicken 6 days a week. Good luck this coming week.
