Now how I can I AT THE VERY LEAST stay the same for monday?!?!?!!!!!!
HELP!!!
176.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1786 kcal Fat: 56.94g | Prot: 83.38g | Carb: 212.92g.   Breakfast: Carne Asada, sweet and low, banana, quaker weight control instant oatmeal, pg tips tea, skim milk. Lunch: celery, starkist tune water can. Dinner: Sweet Freedom Snack Size Chocolate & Vanilla Swirls, bush's baked beans, banquet chicken and brocolli pot pie, ore ida crispy crunchies, miller lite, frozen mixed vegetables great value. Snacks/Other: orange, banana, emerald dry roast almonds. more...
