Ok so in 2.5 weeks, I have lost 3 kgs. Not too bad for me. I don't want to lose it quickly - rather be it slower and more sustainable. I wish to lose 7 kgs before xmas. Possible? I hope so :)
213.8 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 59.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
