I've done really badly on the detox phase 1.
I was doing ok until day 8 and I went up one pound. I ended eating things I shouldn't have and then going onto cambridge shakes the next day to correct it.
On the morning of the weigh in, I was actually the same weight so maybe I should have stuck to the diet. But I'm in panic mode and want things to come off faster, before I dont mind it coming off slower.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 2.3 lb a week

It can be hard, but keep it up. It takes a while to change the bad habits you've developed, but it can be done.

Hang in there...you didn't gain it all at once, you are not going to lose it all at once! Besides I hear the slower you take it off the easier it is to keep off! Keep your chin up, I know you can do this!

Thanks mistysim and Hedder52, but i do find it goes on much faster than i can get it off and it's so much more fun putting it on lol!
