1st day trying again. Well done on no carbs. Chicken breast poached-delicious, made ‘Caesar salad’ enjoyed it more at lunchtime with Nola mayo than my homemade Banting mayo...went to Zumba, drank water and worked hard!
185.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 41.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
