I have to work at my goal now
106.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1583 kcal Fat: 49.40g | Prot: 51.93g | Carb: 258.01g.   Breakfast: Tea (Brewed), Orange Juice, Applesauce Unsweetened, Arrowhead Mills Rice and Shine Organic Whole Grain Brown Rice Hot Cereal. Lunch: Coleslaw, Great Value Green Olives with Pimento, Great Value Homestyle Macaroni & Cheese Bake. Dinner: Unsweetened Iced Tea, Spinach, Betty Crocker Mexican Beef & Bean Casserole. Snacks/Other: Pepperidge Farm Goldfish Original Crackers, Amazon Cafe Amazon Power Boost Smoothie (16 oz), Coffee with Sugar, Trader Joe's Cornbread Stuffing Mix. more...
