i earn it i lost 1.5 kg ( 3.3 lb )... i make my own diet flexible and so it fits my life ... i am looking forward to the next week !

i need to do that for my self ... wish my luck !!
192.9 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 18.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
