ACTUALLY WEIGHT ON THIS DATE WAS 191 POUNDS BUT INPUT 220 because that WAS starting WEIGHT I was beginning in April/May of this year (2017) when i began gluten free DIET.
TODAY:
Total calories burned= 3560 SUBTRACT calories consumed of 848= 2712 calorie deficit today 8/18/2017
220.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 87.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
