I have been terribly depressed lately & fallen out of all my healthy routines both physically & mentally. I've been my own worst enemy. Today, May Day, I'm vowing to renew my efforts & get back on track! No more emotional eating with Hostess snacks!

Good for you!! I've been going through the same thing--started out really well, then I've been seesawing the last few months. I want to add exercise to my routine, & kick start the losing again.
