seem to be bouncing around this weight. coming to close to exact calorie count a lot last week. going to manually reduce caloric intake maximum to 2500. see how well that works.
335.2 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 135.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
