Well, considering "Aunt Flo" showed up this week, I guess it wasn't too bad! I think I was hoping for more of a weight loss, but I can see more clearly just what is in the foods I am eating. Lots of hidden sodium and more fat than I thought. It all adds up. Would like to say that I'm motivated enough to go out walking, but I'm not. Maybe a trip to the mall to add visual interest while I walk!
