ak kok laper terus setelah seminggu kmrn cuma mkn rebusan aj tanpa nasi... itu knp ya?

g masuk karbo sama sekali ... hati2 lhoo smart diet ajah ... protein,karbo,serat,vitamin tercukupi ... kurusnya pelan tapi pasti

iyaa, jangan menyika diri sendiri mba.. Kalo ga makan nasi, perbanyak protein dan sayur + buah. Banyak makan protein sama sayur dan buah ga bikin gemuk kok, jd jgn sampe kelaperan...
