I've been reading up on the fasting diet so I think I might try for a day or so along with my low carb and see what happens .i haven't eaten since 5 last night so gonna eat at 9 Am and 5 tonight and see what tommorrow brings . Intermittent fasting might not be so bad 🤔
151.5 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
