Well a nice loss last week 3.6 lbs but, that is not real I have had a tough week this week I had an over 80 hour work week and 17 hours alone yesterday not much time to eat or think about eating. If things get back to normal this week I see myself gaining a little or staying the same for next weigh in. The good thing is a broke that elusive 170 mark I wanted to be under 170 by my birthday which is Thursday so I mad a goal I have lost totally 33.2 lbs in 4 months so that is pretty good I still have 25 to go but, over half way there. I hope I can start walking again soon the work has been killing me.
