Easter was yesterday as the eldest are away from today so lots of chocolate consumed.
180.8 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1882 kcal Fat: 58.24g | Prot: 55.56g | Carb: 294.12g.   Breakfast: choco hoops, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A). Lunch: risotto. Dinner: Garlic, Green Peppers, Kidney Beans (Canned), Mushrooms, Red Tomatoes (Canned), turkey mince less than 10% fat, Spaghetti, Onions. Snacks/Other: natural yoghurt, blueberries, apple, milk chocolate, boost, Mince Pie. more...
