Happy with this I have ran or power walked 30 mins everyday only having Sundays rest day for 2 weeks and I'm visibly more toned already! It isn't showing on the scales but my clothes are looser and my Mum commented I looked thinner in my face yay 😁
146.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
