I have been gaining weight since my child born ...almost 9 years ago, and the Dr. said is because i have "Adrenal Body Type" so if I'm stressed or if I make high impact excercise frecuently is worst for me because my body reacts with stress and that makes me gain more weight (i'm fucked i know...). That's why I'm trying #KetoDiet, until today i have lost 2.5kg with this program in just one week. 😁🍖🧀🌿
166.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds like we have similar body types and stress responses. Low-ish carb was great for me; keto, which I didn't know about before downloading FS just to track my food, has been even better, so far. It's messing with my metabolism, in that it takes far more calories just to maintain weight. There's so much solid support here! --- Follow Bluecoaster and look through her early journal entries; she's generously transparent about her learning curve in early months of keto.

Good for you, it is really impressive although i think you could less weight eating without go so far cause for me that kind of diets are too exagerated. I like to lose weight naturally eating everything you want but with moderationand with some key points. Cheers :)

Hi, in your case keto-diet may be the best for you, in my opinion the food restriction of keto-diet is right for your adrenal glands, that is, the food you should avoid in order to avoid your glandular problems. I repeat , this is an opinion, please, above all, first talk to the doctor. congratulations and keep working good job

Thank you very much for your comments. I must say that the first week was very difficult to follow this diet because the cravings, my nemesis are all the fruits... In fact I have Guava and Papaya trees in home, so it was difficult to see a lot of fruit without eat it hahaha.

Excellent choice sticking to Keto I have lost 33 kgs so far in about 4 months. Keep it up, remember to get your magnesium and potasium suplements daily. Once you are in ketosis I recommend you star with fasting.
