Yesterday I felt really bloated but I was really thirsty at the same time, powered through and kept drinking. I even drank my dandelion tea and I woke up twice to pee. Then the weigh drop this morning when I stepped on the scale.
146.8 lb Lost so far: 39.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
