Oh my gosh this is hard but I am a winner and I am going to lose this weight. Right now I am so focused on just getting to 199 pounds. I just want to get under that 200 pounds.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
