It really sucks to gain weight. I overate yesterday and it’s bad
107.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1567 kcal Fat: 53.75g | Prot: 47.99g | Carb: 222.40g.   Breakfast: Maple Syrup, Applesauce Unsweetened, Tea (Brewed), Orange Juice, Trader Joe's Gluten & Dairy Free Homestyle Pancakes. Lunch: Unsweetened Iced Tea, Ruby Tuesday Fresh Grilled Zucchini, Applebee's Sweet Potato Fries, Trader Joe's Cajun Salmon. Dinner: Minute Maid 100% Apple Juice, Jack in the Box Regular Beef Taco. Snacks/Other: Hummus , Baby Carrots , Pamela's Figgies and Jammies, Iced Coffee. more...
