Today i woke up around 10:45 i ate an apple and a big plate of boiled chicken breast with corn and broccoli, olive oil. I ate a little too much bread..around 6 slices :/ and at work i ate a salted bagle, yogurt and an apple. I feel a little better because i did a high intensity workout for 10 minutes when i got home from work..ski steps.
