Morning everyone , a really busy week - esp last 2 days sorting staffs problems out - so late at night when I finally sat down / too tired for food .. so thank god for RICE KRISPIES ..😀
193.3 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
