After low calorie day 😉 Fascinating how weight goes up n down, so many factors involved eh.... Feeling fine😁 Time for brekky 😀 My favourite meal 🙄 Woohoo!!!😃...
179.5 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
