Would make so much faster progress if I tracked like I was supposed to. At least some of these habits are starting to be automatic, so I still have slow progress in the right direction. Need to step it up!
199.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 49.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.3 lb a week
