well rested up today done some cleaning and just trying to catch up on rest for zumba tommorw, I did do my yoga streches this morning ,now for my steps 2875,burned1500,miles1.32,
131.6 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
