SAME WEIGHT!!! it's fine. It is fine. Worked out last night.. started around 7 on the wii fitplus doing various cardio and yoga and whatnot.. then after 45 mins switched to Just Dance and we danced for 50 mins! I am rubbery and tired today.. lol! Working tonight so I have to suck it up. I am happy and cheery just slowish on the get up and go.. have already drank 20 oz of water and it's 8:31. =)
Another neat thing is.... I have gone in on the 3rd notch on my belt TADA!!!!
HOOOORAY!
187.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congrats on the belt notch! You're doing great, maintaining or not! We just have to cheer each other on and push past these darned plateaus! You can do it!
