Ok, so I am back on track, I figured out that if I dont eat my 500 calories then it makes it harder to not cheat, I need to do better w/ that.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 74.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 8.4 lb a week
