Well it's the end of the cabbage soup diet really hoped to lose more... But I didn't cheat once and that's important. But now what to do? I guess just try to eat healthier
153.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 43.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
