Awesome awesome awesome surprise today :) I was getting a little frustrated because I'd been working out intensely and carefully watching what I eat for the past week and the scale hadn't budged. But today I step on the scale and BOOM - down 4 pounds since I started spinning and counting calories a week-ish ago! Now that is what I call motivation to keep going!!
