Back to running after a break and boy can I feel it!!!! Felt like starting all over again it's only been 10 days, oh well do feel better in myself for it though 😀
147.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It was soooooo hard but it's my own fault! No more slacking for me 😁 hope your bike ride isn't to painful 😉
