I have very poor internet connectivity...I'd just written a long jeounral entry and lost it all, so this time I'll be more to the point in hopes of actually getting it posted.
I am exercising very well 4-6 times a week for 1-1.5 hrs a day. But without internet I wasn't able to follow the meal plan and that resulted in larger portions and poorer selections.
I want to do SB, but I have trouble sticking to the menu in the book...plus it was getting too expensive for us, as we're in quite a crunch right now...(going to Dave Ramsey FPU to help get on track, yeah!). Does anyone know of another phase one meal plan that isn't quite so 'fancy'? I'm okay with breakfast, it's dinner where I totally lose the motivation after a couple of days. Help?

Tofu, anyone?Ground turkey "chilli"?...ground chicken meatballswith sesame seeds, and a splash of low sodium soy sauce...with frozed green vegetables on hand, add a cup to the entrees, and viola!
