well at least its not a gain, 4 outa 7 good night eating this week, so slight improvement there.
not sure how easter is going to go , we are going away with a bunch of friends with a lot of socializing... so will have to try and be extra good with food and alcohol over the next few days.
our daylight saving ends this weekend as well, so i plan to make up an exercise program (after the long weekend) to keep myself motivated during the shorter dark days coming up.
159.8 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hope you have a nice time away. Was a lot of meals out and socialising for me last week, so I know only too well that it's difficult to be good. Great work on improving on the night-time snacking, so you just keep it up.
