This week wasnt as bad as i thought it was. This week is my 6 month check-up, labs weren't as encouraging as i wanted but these things take time to clear up.
223.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
