Hmmm weighed a bit more today!? Ate two starches yesterday, one piece of toast in the morning and 1/4 cup of cooked rice for supper. We were outside all day yesterday doing work outside, so didn't expect to be up, however TOM is knocking on my door, again, so I will blame him! LOL
Its amazing how those little bits of starchy carbs add up and equal a lot of calories! I am having a bit of rice this lunch hour again and not sure what I will have for dinner tonight. I think tomorrow morning I will try to eat oatmeal! I haven't had oatmeal for a very long time!!!!
