Ughh!!!!! Well, I've decided to increase my walks from 2 miles to 3 miles. Now all I have to do is convince my mind and body that I do have the time and energy to complete this task. :(
149.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
