I "started over" adding a weigh in from about a week ago just now. This is my current weight in the evening fully clothed 😁
I've lost three pounds in three days (according to my boss' scale)!
299.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
