Having a control diet 175 gm (two serving) rice daily for lunch and dinner and walking 1 hours 4 km approx few days and mostly in bed taking rest. Occational ride in cycle .Its mucle mass seems as having spirulina let to build muscles.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
