I suck at keeping track and writing things down. Another post-it to add to my computer monitor "enter in your food daily!"
229.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.8 lb a week

Great to hear! I am a staunch advocate for Post-It notes... got one at my office that says, "Food is Fuel."
