I've been off the "wagon" here lately, BUT I haven't gained, which is good! I've just been crazy busy with school and starting a new job, PLUS I'm working a second part time job as well!! I did get one day of exercise in this week and I have been eating better, but I need to jump back on here and start recording everything, I seem to do MUCH better when I do!! Goals for next week, journaling, recording food, and EXERCISE!!!
