took a while to get over the christmas season and back into the program. Added another half hour of cardio at least three times a week and that seems to help a lot.
221.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
