Thank you, was aiming for higher but no excercise and staying in all week might have to stop lol x

Did the weight go on at the rate of 7lbs a week? I'm guessing not. It won't go at that pace unless you do something mega-drastic which won't be sustainable in the long run. Deep breath, accept it will take a while and change your overall diet and portions for general health and well being. You've obviously done something right - you've lost 3lb and you're still sounding determined. All the best!

Losing 7lb in a week is not healthy and can cause more problems than it is worth. 1-3lbs depending on exercise and how much of a healthy diet you are eating and of course, making sure you have a calorie deficit is the way to go. Never be disappointed when you see you have lost weight in a week, even if it is a small amount. Never be disappointed when you haven't lost weight. Also, never be disappointed if you put a few pounds back on. It is a complete change in lifestyle and the way one eats. Do not look at it as a 'diet' as diets are a temporary thing. Look at it as a complete change in you and your attitudes to eating better. :-)
