going back to 40/40/20 tommorrow. I don't like this upped calorie high fat diet. It's making me worry. I hope this reset my metabolism.
225.8 lb Lost so far: 34.2 lb.    Still to go: 90.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Please don't be anxious. The protein levels you logged for Sun-Tue were (are) good. It's how you adjusted your carbs and fat Mon and today... carbs were still too high - and your body was wanting to keep burning carbs, storing the elevated fat... that's all that appears to have happened. Sorry it didn't work for you.
