Down 3 lbs woo whoo!
The past 3 weeks I have focused on being consistent with my food plan. Eating only unprocessed foods. No sugar, no dairy. Focusing on fueling my body vs. feeding my mouth. The next 3-4 weeks I am focusing on adding exercise to complete the package. No room for excuses!!!
