so far I have reduced my intake of junky foods which I am addicted to! It is hard but I AM succeeding!! I am now eating WW meals for my weekday meals, have cut out bread completely as well as Pastas. Not giving up rice.
208.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 4.0 lb a week

Well done!! You will be amazed how quickly you see results just by cutting out "junky foods". Switching to only water helps lose quickly as well. Great job, keep it up!
